Hops: Czech Saaz, Sterling, Celeia
Malts: Belgian Pilsen, Pale Wheat, Flaked Wheat

Belgian-style easy drinker historically brewed for miners during the Industrial Revolution. Lower in alcohol, but retains mouthfeel and body due to healthy addition of wheat in the grist. The French Saison yeast lends subtle pepper and spice aromatics to provide a crisp finish.

Dark Matter_

Belgian Dubbel

Hops: Celeia
Malts: Belgian Pilsen, Vienna, Dark Munich, Pale Wheat, Special Aromatic, Chit Malt, C-120, Back Malt

The Dubbel is a near-perfect combination of rich malts, sweetness, fruity esters, and a spicy yeast backbone. A foundation of pilsner malt keeps this beer surprisingly light in body, while chocolate, black, caramel, toasted and aromatic malts contribute color, flavor, aroma, and depth. Look for fruit notes in the family of figs, currants, and dried apricots.

ABV: 7.4% | IBU: 20 | FG: 1.008

Northeast IPA

Hops: Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, Eukanot
Malts: German Pilsen, Pale Wheat, Flaked Oats, Chit Malt

This responsibly hazy NEIPA enjoys 1 lb/bbl of hops in the whirlpool at boil's end and is then dry-hopped with 2 lb/bbl on two separate occasions. We believe this makes the beer Double Dry-Hopped (DDH), but we're still confused on what the accepted definition of DDH is, so we're just happy to state this beer bursts with soft and juicy tropical fruit flavors.

ABV: 7.1% | IBU: ? | FG: 1.010

Dry Hopped Saison

Hops: Amarillo, Mosaic
Malts: Belgian Pilsen, Pale Wheat, Flaked Wheat

Our flagship beer, this Saison has grown up with us from our early days as a homebrew operation to now. The spicy phenolics of our favorite French Saison yeast strain combine beautifully with the Mosaic and Amarillo whirlpool and dry-hops to blend the Saison and IPA styles. Finishes dry as a Saison should and is bursting with the aromas of grapefruit and peach.

ABV: 6.7% | IBU: 45 | FG: 1.005

Berliner Weisse

Hops: Czech Saaz
Malts: German Pilsen, Pale Wheat

This kettle-soured old-world style Weisse is refreshingly tart and drinkable. Soft acidity from the lactic fermentation melds with just enough malt backbone to make this table beer a perfect thirst quencher.

ABV: 3.6% | IBU: 5 | FG: 1.007

Ben's House IPA_

(Mostly) West Coast IPA

Hops: Columbus, Cascade, Centennial
Malts: German Pilsen, Chit Malt

Remember West Coast IPAs? Ben does! If you're not a hop that's from the West Coast and a name starts with the letter C, you're not invited to this party. Columbus, Cascade, and Centennial hops are used throughout and this IPA is mostly see-through! A crisp bitterness is followed by classic West Coast floral and citrus hop aromas and flavors. So what makes this (mostly) classic West Coast IPA a House IPA? We use English Ale yeast... it makes it better... trust Ben.

ABV: 6.4% | IBU: 65 | FG: 1.013

Dry Hopped Grisette

Hops: Czech Saaz, Sterling, Celeia, Nelson Sauvin, Hallertauer Blanc Malts: Belgian Pilsen, Pale Wheat, Flaked Wheat
Malts: Belgian Pilsen, Pale Wheat, Flaked Wheat

Our base Grisette dry-hopped with 1 lb/bbl of Nelson Sauvin and Hallertauer Blanc Hops. These hop varieties lend a white wine character to an already refreshing beer.

ABV: 4.2% | IBU: 27 | FG: 1.002

Berliner Weisse +
Grapefruit & Blood Orange

Hops: Czech Saaz
Malts: German Pilsen, Pale Wheat

Citrus bomb anyone? The tart backbone of the kettle soured base beer props up the fruit for center stage. The brown Bar-ba-loots in their Bar-ba-loot suits can't resist this Truffula fruit, no way.

ABV: 3.7% | IBU: 5 | FG: 1.007
