Ben's House IPA_

(Mostly) West Coast IPA

Hops: Columbus, Cascade, Centennial
Malts: German Pilsen, Chit Malt

Remember West Coast IPAs? Ben does! If you're not a hop that's from the West Coast, you're not invited to this party. Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, and Amarillo hops are used throughout, and this IPA is mostly see-through! A crisp bitterness is followed by classic West Coast floral and citrus hop aromas and flavors. So what makes this (mostly) classic West Coast IPA a House IPA? We use English Ale yeast... it makes it better... trust Ben.

Haze Dust_

Hazy DDH DIPA

Hops: Citra, Mosaic, and Vic Secret
Malts: German Pilsen, Vienna, Spelt, Flaked Oats

We interrogated the cosmos to divulge its secrets of the stunning haze clouds intwined within its galaxies. Haze Dust is that beauty captured in the delicious form of a Double Dry Hopped NEIPA with Citra, Mosaic, and Vic Secret. Tropical dank aromas, a juicy middle, and just enough bitterness on the back end. Yes, a touch of bitterness.. it is an IPA after all.

Ames IPA_

West Coast IPA

Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe
Malts: German Pilsen, Golden Promise, Munich

A strictly West Coast IPA bursting with huge hop aromas of citrus, pine, and passion fruit. The malt character is understated, with a dry-finish to let the layered hop flavors and aromas take center stage. Intentionally unbalanced toward bittering notes that linger well past the last sip.

ABV: 7.4% | IBU: 75 | FG: 1.008



Halo 22_

White IPA

Hops: Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, Citra
Malts: Belgian Pilsen, Pale Wheat, Flaked Wheat

Centennial, Cascade, and Citra hops take center-stage providing loads of citrus on the tongue with a zest of grapefruit bringing up the rear. Malt character is dominated by healthy additions of wheat in the grist fall like pillows on your tongue while letting the hops do their thing.

ABV: 7.4% | IBU: 65 | FG: 1.005



Redstone_

Vienna Lager

Hops: Crystal, Liberty
Malts: German Pilsen, Munich, Vienna, C-60

Instantly recognizable with its brilliant copper color, our Vienna Lager opens with a biscuit aroma followed by subtle notes of toasted malt and stone fruit on the toungue. Hop bitterness is low yet balanced, providing touches of floral and spice in the finish.

ABV: 5.7% | IBU: 25 | FG: 1.011



TRAPPIST-1_

Belgian Single

Hops: Sterling, Czech Saaz, Crystal
Malts: German Pilsen, Special Aromatic

Belgian yeast characteristics come well into light within this slightly fruit-forward Belgian Single. Initial sweet impressions provided by the malt gives way to yeast-driven aromatics and stone fruit flavors. A crisp, dry-finish results in a balance of hops, malt, and alcohol.

ABV: 5.3% | IBU: 35 | FG: 1.005

Truffula_

Fruited Sour: Mango + Passionfruit

Hops: Czech Saaz
Malts: German Pilsen, Pale Wheat

Tart kettle sour refermented in the tank with Mango and Passion Fruit to keep things refreshing and dry.

Amelia_

Lithuanian Farmhouse Ale

Hops: Crystal
Malts:

Fermented with a yeast culture from Lithuania, this tart farmhouse saison was brewed with spelt and hopped exclusively with Crystal hops both in the boil and throughout dry hopping. Lemon and pepper are present from the yeast strain and Crystal hops, along with some oak flavors and a tart finish from the wild strains present in the foeder. A refreshing farmhouse foeder sour.

ABV: 7.7% | IBU: 35 | FG: 1.003



Summer Triangle_

Brett Amarillo Wheat

Hops: Columbus, Amarillo
Malts: German Pilsen, Belgian Wheat, C-20

A funky delight accented with orange and wheat. 100% Brett wheat dry hopped with Amarillo. Brettanomyces Claussenii and Drei give this beer a barnyard funk aroma, and ripe fruit flavors. More subtle citrus characteristics are provided by Amarillo dry-hop additions.

ABV: 6.6% | IBU: 50 | FG: 1.013
